Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jennywulace.com website. By placing an order with LACE by Jenny Wu (“us”, “we”, “our”) you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

Please note, that these Terms & Conditions can change at any time and it is your responsibility to check them regularly before ordering an item from our site. Only the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions is considered valid. If you do not agree with the terms stated out below you should not continue to access or use our website.

Our store is hosted to Shopify Inc. Their online e-commerce website allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You agree that email can be used as a form of communication.

Website Changes

We often make changes to our website. We aim to update our site frequently with new content and products. Product details and pricing can change without prior notice. Any information on our site may be outdated at any given time; LACE by Jenny Wu is not obliged to update said material. You (the customer) are obliged to access our site through your internet connection and comply with our terms and conditions.

Right to Refuse Service

LACE by Jenny Wu reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by LACE by Jenny Wu.

Orders will not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.

Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window.

As 3D printed material is still in its nascence, archival properties of the product materials have not yet been documented.

LACE by Jenny Wu is not responsible for any damage, discoloration, or change in material properties over time.

Contract

Contract between you and LACE by Jenny Wu becomes in effect when you have purchased an item from us, we have accepted your order with confirmation email, and payment has been taken from your debit/ credit card or via Paypal. Only adults (over the age of 18) are entitled to enter legally binding contracts.

LACE by Jenny Wu reserves the right to not accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorized payment, if the particular item can’t be shipped to you, if the item has been priced incorrectly, or if the order appears to be fraudulent. We are not liable for any indirect consequential losses or expenses arising from not accepting your order.

Payment

By purchasing from our site you confirm that the Paypal account or debit/ credit card information you are using is yours or has been authorized by the owner of such to be used. All credit/ debit cards are subject to be validated and authorized by the card issuer. If the card holder refuses to authorize payment we have the right to cancel the order and not ship the item(s). Payment can be made with credit/ debit card, Paypal, or other methods that are featured on our website.

All prices shown are in US dollars and do not include California tax, Los Angeles county tax, or any other taxes subject to you or the delivery destination.

Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. All custom diamond ring orders are invoiced and divided into two payments: 50% of final cost upon ordering and 50% of final cost prior to shipping of your order.

Ordering

When placing an order you agree that the information you have provided is true and accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product availability is displayed on the product’s page, this quantity indicator can be prone to be inaccurate; if the item you have ordered is not in stock the item will be made to order and take about 3-4 weeks production time. Prices are subject to change at any time.

You are responsible for checking if all the shipping information is valid and current. If details on your confirmation email are incorrect you are responsible for contacting LACE by Jenny Wu and providing the updated information.

Discount vouchers and codes are not applicable on any custom made items, Wedding Collection, or Premium material items. LACE by Jenny Wu can remove discounts not authorized or applicable to an item or order.

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, the payment has been received, and email confirmation has been sent, the order has been accepted by both parties (Customer and LACE by Jenny Wu). The completion of the contract will be completed when the items have been shipped out to their delivery address.

To cancel your contract and order, you must notify LACE by Jenny Wu via telephone or email (info@oylerwu.com) with subject line; “Order Cancellation”. Include your order number, name, and address in your message.

Wedding Collection & other Custom orders can not be cancelled once production on the items has begun. Orders that have been shipped out can not be cancelled, the items will have to be returned (at customer’s expense) and a refund process will begin.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.jennywulace.com (the “Site”).
Personal Information We Collect:

If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
