Holiday Shipping Information

US Domestic Shipping

Last day to order for USPS Service and UPS Ground to ensure delivery on or before December 24th is December 17th.

After Dec. 17, you will need to select expedited shipping based on your order date at checkout for delivery by Dec. 23. All items in stock ship out next business day.

       UPS 3-Day Select Delivery, 
        UPS 2nd Day Air 
        UPS Next Day Air.

Please note that on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) & New Year's Eve (Dec.31), there is limited delivery service from all carriers.

There is no shipment on Christmas Day & New Year's Day. 



International Shipping

Last day for Canadian customers to order via USPS to ensure delivery on or before December 23th is December 10th.

    USPS Mail Express Int'l: 3-5 business days.
      USPS Mail Int'l: 6-10 business days.

Last day for International customers  to order for UPS  & DHL Worldwide to ensure delivery on or before December 23th is December 17th.

After Dec. 17, you will need to select expedited shipping based on your order date at checkout for delivery by Dec. 23.

      DHL Worldwide Express: 1-6 bus. days.
      UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 bus. days.

Checking if products are in stock

Products available for immediate shipping are items we currently have in stock..   

Under the product name there is a "Quantity Remaining" tab that indicates whether or not the item is in stock.  

If the tab says "3-4 Weeks Production Time" the item is not in stock and will need to be "made to order". The package will most likely not meet the December 24th deadline. Please contact us at info@oylerwu.com before purchasing an "Out of Stock" item to evaluate whether the item can be produced and shipped during the given time frame.  

Please allow the quantity remaining number to update after selecting the material and size.

Return Policy

All LACE by Jenny Wu products are custom fabricated to order.  Returns, exchanges, and refunds are therefore not accepted.  All sales are final.  However, if you have any issues with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you in resolving your concerns.

Shipping Policy

Free domestic shipping over $100.
Orders may take between 3 - 4 weeks to produce and ship. 

International packages may be subject to custom fees and charges upon arrival to designated country. LACE is not responsible nor does LACE benefit in any way from these extra charges. Please check your country's international packages and customs policies before purchasing.

It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. 

**LACE by Jenny Wu is not responsible for any lost, damaged or not delivered packages. During the Holidays shipments & package deliveries can be delayed.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, you may return it to us for inspection. A $30 deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item back to LACE. This fee covers the cost of shipping and evaluation. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, the deposit will be refunded and your item will be repaired/replaced. If we determine that the damage is not caused by manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know of repair services available at cost.

Not considered manufacturing defects

  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, swimming pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Wear over time of prongs and precious metals that may require restoration work as a part of normal wear.
  • Bent, caught or worn out prong, allowing stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  • The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly used and subject to daily pressure. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft.
